B&B Rules

Dear Guest, welcome to the B&B Mediterraneo. We would ask you to take a few minutes to read these house rules: they are designed to ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful, safe and respectful stay.

• Check-in and Check-outCheck-in: from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm (please let us know in advance if you require a different time) – Check-out: by 10.30 am on the day of departure (an additional charge may apply if you check out later than this)
• Documents and RegistrationOn arrival, it is compulsory to present a valid identity document for each guest, including minors, in order to comply with legal requirements.
• Cleaning and tidying upRooms are cleaned after each guest checks out. For stays of more than 2 nights, rooms are tidied daily. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 nights, unless there are special requirements (on request, subject to a possible surcharge).
• Quiet hours from 10.00 pm to 8.00 amWe ask that you observe quiet hours at night (from 10.30 pm to 8.00 am) and behave respectfully towards other guests and the neighbourhood at all times.
• Use of the kitchenUse of the kitchen is restricted to guests staying at the B&B. We ask that you leave everything clean after use, that you do not eat meals in rooms not equipped for this purpose, and that you do not take any crockery or other items away with you.
• ChildrenChildren are welcome, but must always be supervised by an adult, especially in communal areas or outdoors.
• Pets not allowedPets are not permitted, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
• Please respect the communal areasThe guest is liable for any damage caused to the premises, the furnishings or other guests. Any damage will be charged to the guest.
• Wi-FiWi-Fi is free of charge. The login details are available in your room. You must not use it for unlawful purposes.
• SafetyDo not leave electrical appliances unattended whilst they are charging. Do not use cookers, hotplates or portable heaters in the rooms.
• PaymentsThe balance for your stay must be paid on arrival, unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit cards and debit cards.
• Cancellation and failure to attendIn the event of cancellation or a no-show, the terms and conditions set out in the booking (cancellation policy) will apply.
